1. Introduction

Welcome to Unitrix AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unitrix AI services, including our various websites, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services (the “Services”), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of the Services are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Our Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations. The Services that Unitrix AI provides are always evolving, and the form and nature of the Services that Unitrix AI provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, Unitrix AI may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.

3. Privacy

Any information that you or other users provide to Unitrix AI is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

4. Content on the Services

All Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. Unitrix AI may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and cannot take responsibility for such Content.

5. Your Rights

You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).

6. Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services

In addition to the restrictions outlined in the Unitrix AI Rules, the following content is expressly prohibited on the Services and may be removed at our discretion without warning or notification:

Prohibited Content:You may not post, upload, display, or share any content that is NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, or adult in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, graphic violence, hate speech, and illegal activities. Content that promotes, glorifies, or engages in violence, harassment, or illegal behavior is also strictly prohibited.

Enforcement:Unitrix AI reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms, including prohibited content, without prior notice or warning. The decision to remove content will be at Unitrix AI's sole discretion. Users found to be repeatedly posting prohibited content may face account suspension or termination.

Reporting Mechanisms:Users are encouraged to report any content that they believe violates these Terms, including the posting of NSFW or adult content. Unitrix AI will review such reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or suspending the user account.

This section aims to ensure that our Services remain a safe and respectful environment for all users. By using the Services, you agree to comply with these content restrictions and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the removal of content, suspension of your account, or other actions as deemed appropriate by Unitrix AI.

7. Ending These Terms

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Unitrix AI as follows. You may end your legal agreement with Unitrix AI at any time for any reason by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Please read this section carefully since it limits the liability of Unitrix AI and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors (collectively, the “Unitrix AI Entities”). Each of the subsections below only applies up to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. Nothing herein is intended to limit any rights you may have which may not be lawfully limited.

9. General Terms

These Terms are the entire and exclusive agreement between Unitrix AI and you regarding the Services (excluding any services for which you have a separate agreement with Unitrix AI that is explicitly in addition or in place of these Terms), and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between Unitrix AI and you regarding the Services.
